Happy Independence t&t
Thought this was appropriate to say Happy Independence Trinidad & Tobago. Inspirational? Yes. Motivational? Yes. Makes you proud to be a Trinidadian? Yes. We have so much to offer to the world, yet we are over shadowed by crime, a corrupted government, and an incompetent Prime Minister.

a hiatus from T & T news
Reading T&T newspapers can be mentally draining and very depressing. I have not read the local papers for the past two weeks. I realized I needed a break from religiously reading the newspapers. Was there any good news during the past two weeks??? I feel guilty though, because fortunately I am able to tune out all that is bad in Trinidad, but for the citizens who have to live and work in T&T unfortunately its difficult to tune out all that is bad and must deal with it every day.
