Telling it like it is!

So I just came back from Trinidad…

with one comment

Yes, I took one week and headed to my sweet Trini just to chill with my family.

Here’s my list of the good and the bad.

The Good

  • Enjoyed two days in Tobago which was absolutely wonderful.
  • Customer service in Tobago was top-notch.  Everyone was pleasant and the food was GREAT!
  • La Vita Spa, again their service was excellent and Crystal is the best!  She’s the queen of wax.
  • The Spa at Woodbrook, again their service was also excellent.  Mary is the queen of facials and Gail is the queen of body scrubs, massages, and manicure & pedicure.  I felt like a new person.
  • Lunch at Shanghai was nice.  I enjoyed the food.
  • I did some shopping at MovieTowne.  Kudos to all the sales rep at all the stores.  They were all pleasant.
  • Snappers restaurant in Trincity mall their food and customer service was great!
  • Special thanks to Tricia.  She’s the queen of braids.  The best part she makes house calls.
  • It rained everyday and I enjoyed it! :)

The Bad

  • Customer service at TSTT in Trincity Mall stinks, especially at the information desk.
  • Where was the Trincity mall security?  One of the entrances to the mall had too many teenagers sitting on the stairwell and blocking the doors to the mall.  These idiots were actually sitting in front of the door and would not even move so you can enter.
  • Why was the Irish pub in Trincity mall so crowed with teens liming?  Don’t they have an age limit to enter into these pubs?
  • For the five days I was in Trinidad I saw a car accident everyday, each resulting in death.
  • There’s too much underage drinking and smoking.
  • Why was airport security agents on their cell phones?  The ones at the check point areas where you scan your carry-on.  Management at the airport is POOR .

As usual I saw extreme dotishness, but is Trinidad so anything is expected.

Overall my trip was wonderful and relaxing.  I enjoyed the time I spent with my family and friends.

PS…hugs and kisses to my best friend for surprising me.  Luv you T!

  1. The Spa is awesome! One of my Christmas presents from my Mum was a gift certificate for me to get a facial there before I left. I’d never had one. It was great. My mum goes there all the time. I’ve also had an excellent massage and body scrub there one Christmas–verrry wonderful spot.
