President of an Energy based (State Company) has retired because he has reached the age of retirement; 60. He has been replaced by a 60 year old who has been hired on contract. He will also be staying on in a special capacity with the company also on contract. The company projects profits decline of 99% for 2009 which equates to 1 million dollars… yes the profit is projected to be 1 million. The company is also holding two separate farewell functions for the outgoing President who will be working on contract…
